  50. users, submissions, update sales, tech support sales, expenses, mail-merges 
  51. letters, and much more.

  55. SHAREWARE TRACKER v3.11 <ASP> An office manager for the shareware author.  It
  56. will track users, submissions, expenses, upgrade sales, tech support sales,
  57. subscription sales, source code sales, and more.  It has an appointment
  58. calendar, a module to keep track of other important names and addresses, and
  59. a pop-up calculator.

  61. The program will mail-merge letters and labels to users, with submission, and 
  62. to other authors and dealers.  Many pre-defined reports can be viewed on
  63. screen or sent to the printer.  The user can also define an unlimited number
  64. his own reports.

  66. Context sensitive on-line help, the ability to change screen color, and many 
  67. other helpful features.

  71. All people are permitted and encouraged to give copies of the complete 
  72. Shareware Tracker package to friends and co-workers as long as no fee is 
  73. charged.

  75. Disk vendors, Rack vendors, and CD-ROM vendors who are Approved Vendor 
  76. Members of the Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) may, without 
  77. prior permission, include the Shareware Tracker package in their libraries 
  78. and distribute evaluation copies via mail order and direct sales for their 
  79. normal disk fees.

  81. Disk vendors, Rack vendors, and CD-ROM vendors who are not members of the 
  82. ASP *MUST* obtain written permission prior to distributing, and provide a 
  83. copy of their current catalog, rack outer package, or CD-ROM outer package.

  85. All Bulletin Boards and Electronic Communications Services may post the 
  86. Shareware Tracker package for downloading by their customers unless 
  87. notified otherwise by us. Bulletin Board operators are allowed to convert 
  88. the Shareware Tracker distribution files to other compression formats, 
  89. providing that the contents remain unchanged, and no files are added, 
  90. deleted, or otherwise modified in any way.

  92. Non-profit user groups may include the Shareware Tracker package in their 
  93. libraries and distribute evaluation copies for their normal disk fees 
  94. unless notified otherwise by us.

  96. All others, including anyone interested in bundling the Shareware Tracker 
  97. package with hardware or software sales, must obtain the permission and a 
  98. license before distributing. Third party, consultant, and VAR licenses and 
  99. multiple system site licenses are available. We can also arrange for a 
  100. customized version if you need it.
